As we approach the end of 2018 and begin looking forward to the new year, I wanted to share one of my favorite videos.

In my line of work, negotiations is a key part of what I do.  In fact, I would say it is one of the most fun parts of what I do, so I am always working on improving my negotiating skills.

There are many key concepts that make up a good negotiation strategy and there are many great resources for honing your negotiating skills.  Far too many to be able to share in a single blog post, but the following video does a great job of capturing a few key skills in a 6 minute video.
